I think they have no way to detect copyrighted works on vinyl, unless fairly news. There are technical reasons for it, but they boil down to a special signal embedded at the beginning of the songs that can be detected by computer software and so automatically flag a "violation".

The real "violation" is that of society's right to intellectual works in the public domain after 17 years.

By the way, if I know something is going to be blocked by WMG, (which covers about 50% of my collection) I just don't bother making a video on it. I'm still trying to repost some of my older ones that I have already made, but most of them are still being blocked. They are allowing some though.
