Two comrades get fined $500 each for their few minutes of speech and a firetruck is called to wash it away at what expense? The government is working hard to ensure we have no say while THEY pillage the people and the planet. It is so obvious this country isn't free.
*sigh* Those darn Occupiers and their utilizing the freedoms Americans are supposed to have to publicize the government's actions to protect America. I'm sure there was a reason why the police never warned Occupy they could be arrested for chalk.That chalk must have been so expensive to clean up with all that labor of turning on a hose. It wasn't technically raining so much as it was snowing a little, but still a bucket would be cheaper than a fire hose. IL government is so good with money.
