@omenlightenment Most of my recipes should be convertible to use whatever sweetener you choose. There are a few that don't work in some regards like Truvia and chocolate that I have discovered. Outside of that, I use Splenda because that's what I have on hand, but you could certainly use Stevia in the Raw instead for most of them.
Ok who is drinking all of the soda in your house! lol
thanks so very very much for making such an effort in making these videos they truly are a godsend for someone who is your old weight and has been following you thru the first two weeks of induction with a 10 lb loss already :) thanks so kindly!

Can I just say THANKS so much for making such a huge huge effort in providing these videos - I started following them about 2 weeks ago in my induction, and am very close to your beginning weight - you truly are an inspiration - and certainly an inspiration to get me cooking again! Thanks so very kindly and i look forward to watching more!
@tpmm1 Yeah, that would be my kids -- you just can't always raise good cameraperson. The good news is I have changed cameras now which places the microphone on the front of the camera, which should help with this problem too.
@22331121 I don't think it would be nearly as tasty without the coconut in the cookies. The coconut helps hold the cookies together without becoming too brittle.
I love your videos. Do you have anything like this sweet pecan receipe that is more simpler to prepare? I am always googling Atkins ideas. So far I've lost about 25 bls. on it. Thanks alot...God bless....
@pinkcache17 Sorry even the faux pecan pie I just made last week was as involved as this recipe. This recipe really is not that difficult to make, and I'd encourage you to try it out. (You can freeze the cookies and keep them for awhile.) You might also check out my creme brulee video. It has an awesome nut topping that you could eat plain.
@bowulf Yeah no doubt! Its amazing the difference on prices between each product and also I noticed that we paid more because its a worldwide brand, but the product is the same and I do it too even the quality are sometimes better on this small brands.
I am glad I could share the greatness that are Jennifer's recipes. They work as great starting point for anybody's low carb journey. I may tweak them, but she's the real genius.
the sugar free candies at the stores bulk bins are notorious for loading with sugar alcohol. I had 2 jumbo peanut butter cups from WinCo once and I was in MAJOR pain in my intestines. It was not fun.
oh it's working now since I watched it thru your channel instead of you tube itself, Hey whose the camera man hello mr camera man i can hear you breathing lol :) :) should introduce him/her :) hehe
I know I discovered that as I put was spooning the cookies to the sheet; he's (my son) has had a cold and chest congestion for awhile. (BTW - he's the taste-tester at the end of the video)
Oh it's fine... I just wanted to mention I noticed the same thing too... It's also a prompt that when the new camcorders come out with directional mics or audio inputs I might think about getting one. :-D
Could you do more recipes without Splenda or alternatives ( such as Truvia ,Stevia, etc). Splenda and I don't work well together.

alkiller1992 1 year ago
No. Raspberries (all berries and melon) are a 4th rung on OWL phase food.

I hear you... I only had one cookie every day, but even 2 or3 chocolate chips were enough to cause cramps or upset stomach. Just not worth it... :-)
