Way did you remove to comment. I don't mind you giving you thought. I have never seen any sign guy use a meter on the secondary side. Why should you if it is working it will light the neon. The new GFI trans will never last 20 years. I have seen some of the older no GFI last longer than 20 years but not the new ones. no way. Thanks again for the comment.
