@wkmt8 . The same happened to me. For that you need to climb the right staircase(right to the statue) and use the batclaw to remove the window and then the grappling icon will be activated. Try it.....

Basicly, Joker once threatend the Justice League -If he spots any superhero other than the Batman in Gotham, he will blow up the city with a bomb...and it was once stated that Superman disliked Gotham due to the buildings being made of lead, and Batman dislikes Metropolis due to the buildings being placed so far apart and is harder to hide...

I kind of wonder, can the explosive gel only be used on those special walls, or can you apply it to an enemy, you know, explode part of their clothes (cuz Batman doesn't kill people) and through them back

@8Andrewman8 You can use the explosive gel to blow them away. Something I have a lot of fun with is knocking one guy out, spraying him or the floor next to him, and when they all come running to panick about the body, blow them all to hell.
