What about the outrageous bank fees, ATM Fees, Fees for cashing checks from foreign banks, or Insufficient Funds Fees (backlogged dates that create exponential fees) that compound from $29 - 40 each multiplied by occurrences? Banks alleged: BofA, M&T, Citizens Bank, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC and more.. It is time the controllers of money realize how much damage they are creating does not justify the fees for service. It is time to cut them back to realistic wages for responsible services.

Another way to beat this is by simply mailing a detailed complaint to: Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Customer Assistance Group, 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 3450, Houston TX 77010. The idea of you contacting this office scares the sh*t out of banks and gets them to act appropriately quick!

I would make them produce a copy of the wet ink contract.And if they show up with a copy the just printed version of it.then they are screwed and wont have proof to show grounds of ownership.So I would stick it to them.I do mortgage securitizatiion audits.And Im helping people in foreclosure.So Like I said.I would make them show proof of ownership in court.And they could end up in extra serious trouble if they do even show up with the note anyhow.
