  • Iowa here, I am part of the suit at Iowa Supreme Court level to force state action relieving us of state schedule one status of pot. I think we really have them squirming with this potent action, friends! The recent governors trying to get DEA(BOOO!) to adjust at fed level is a failed effort. It will Never work. Those states all have pot state-scheduled at ONE. Iowa is forcing state level change Then we force the hicks to petition the dea and Then you will feel the ground tremble! Carl rocks!

  • Tight!

  • Rudolph Diesel designed his engine to run on hemp oil.

  • @swali555 As I witnessed to Iowa Gov Bransted, unimaginative weasel, It may be legal to burn corn in the gas tank, but it sure isn't ethical! We should be putting pot in the ethanol plants and eating the corn. peace

  • Thank you.... please keep up the good work. we used to grow this back in the day. Lost our farm, moved to texas to work???? Just ended up being chased around and charged rent for anything and everything. My uncle is lobbying in Illinois. He owns a few hundred acres. He also works for caterpillar, and is a powerplant consultant, and his crops go to quaker. He has been trying to use bio diesel. But, the government is smashing on them. Not all the government...

  • HEMP CURES CANCER, why is it illegal? People rather get poisoned then get cured and that's the real sickness. Vote for Prop 19

  • @LynchByInch The US leaders don't care. Thats simply the sad truth. It sucks... but they couldn't give two shits about dying Americans, or starving the middle class of money. WIsh the "plane" (cough cough missile) that hit the pentagon on 9/11 would have killed everyone of the sick bastards. Buy guns, because when all hell breaks lose, they will come to your home. Protect your loved ones.

  • @ssbrosking36 I already know my friend I already know.

  • @LynchByInch Sadly, most people don't. I couldn't have said anything more true than that.

  • Yeah! Grow hemp! Vote Yes on Prop 19 in California on November 02. If marijuana is legalized, how can they keep hemp illegal?

  • lol a little irony I am related to George Washington, thru his wife, and he used to grow hemp on his farm before he was elected to presidency. I think that's irony not sure o.o

  • u do know that the hemp and marijuana are different right? hemp has a chem it in that blocks the stuff in marijuana it looks alike but is not if you put the plants together. They are just related, very big diff. They only reason it is illegal is the point he made here just because they are related they thought not enough people would know the diff. and the over use and abuse of it in the late 60's and through the 70's is what gave them the excuse. Some idiots had mixed use with bad drugs & died

  • @Crystalwolf78

ummmm hemp is actually just like marijuana, same plant, one is a male and one is female, one produces very little THC and the other produces alot, and it does not block it, it merely counter acts it.

  • @squirlboy006 Hemp is marijuana, to be precise hemp is cannabis sativa, a hybrid of weakest thc content sativas. Its male and female plants produce thc but in very very small quantities. And both are used in industry... Check it out... Please

  • @Jonbcae

hemp is not a hybrid, hemp is the name given to the male Cannabis Sativa plant, the male plant does not produce a significant amount of THC because it is not required for seed growth.

  • @squirlboy006 Hmm then tell me what about female plants? How are they called? And tell me which farmer is idiot enough to grow only male plants? No females no seeds, no seeds no next harvest. Till 1937 people knew weed ONLY as hemp, then came Harry J. Asslicker and came with marijuana a mexican slung word and scared people about effects which are not real. Point is ONLY.

  • absolutely true. the declration of independence and consitituiton are both printed on HEMP, not paper. So by illegalizing it, you actually contradict our entire existense as a free nation. Makes sense right? They also demonize it, which is ironic seeing as GOD created it, so in reality they're illegalizing and demonizing GOD.

  • dude, those re two awesome points. . . . thank you

  • That's not enough? At the same time a terminally ill patient is imprisoned for 1/2 gram of weed, 1,000 hate groups are allowed to exist and actively practice under federal protection. You tell me what's more important. Now excuse me while I, along with 70,000,000 plus Americans light this spliff. Clearly the law works.

  • It's likely due to Hemp's potential to replace too many agriculture markets. One plant replaces a dozen and suddenly the farmers have a lot more power.

Manufacturing costs plummet due to the single source ingredient and suddenly sales prices have to plummet as well. Big business now makes less money. Small hemp businesses will without question do one of two thins, sink or swim.

The claim that people will sneak in marijuana crops instead is rubbish, farmers already get away with growing it!

  • @JonDeth pretty much in a nutshell what u said

  • @Crystalwolf78 another issue that should be on the presidents agenda. Do away with the corn used to make products causing obesity, heart disease, acne, diabetes etc. and replace them with hemp.

It would also replace oil/gas with a better fuel source that produces a fraction of the pollution through biomass conversion and it also makes safer plastic and rubber compounds. Too bad the people running things are too busy having a good time on our dime.

  • nice vid

  • Just the hemp oil crop is worth a couple hundred billion dollars,

  • great video! The map from USDA 1970, what was that from?

  • I am Canadian, so i can grow hemp?!

  • canadians suck

  • i think that up where you live it is a no ask no tell ..... in other words they will tolorate it

  • if you grow one hemp planmt will you get in shit?

  • I would like to see Hemp replace cotton everywhere as growing cotton is a BIG polluter to the environment, as it takes a tremendous amount of pesticides to grow cotton.

Also, anything you can make out of a tree, you can make stronger out of Hemp; that could save our forests! All of the technology is there and ready to go and this could create many jobs and new businesses for OUR economy!

Heres hoping Obama will end this wrongful prohibition of this wonderful plant!

  • @wiskawind watch penn and teller bullshit organic food pesticides arent that harmful. but still its better than cotton and should be legal

  • thanks for posting...

  • DuPont Corporation, Nylon rope verses hemp rope.

Laws passed to making producing hemp and law enforcement making hard for retailers is selling anything hemp. I would say since year 2000 I've started to see more hemp products. Took long enough.

    Appreciate the video.

  • Love the video!

Most of my diet is local. Hemp Seeds could easily be local as well, but with these outdated money-hungry laws, it's not happening.

The paper, oil and cotton industry can't handle the competition.

  • US is corrupt, this is not the land of the FREE

  • The land of the free only exists in uninhabited land.

  • dude ssooooooooooooo fucking true it just aws me how people think this is one of the best countrys out there when it is anything but in reality
