There's no comeback AI, the comp just trys completely unrealistic and random plays and gets lucky sometimes, kinda like somebody online... it stll sucks though

Again, 3:54 upper right hand corner...defend that block as anything other than comeback AI or scripted game play.

Its just pure chance or luck that when a play needed to be made to stay in the game, a player motion shifts 5 yards to block the gunner twice to seal a lane and ensure a TD return?

Nothing random or unrealistic about a kick return. Lead Block is gone so you cant say "kinda like somebody online".

You cant have realism or "sim" when the programing does anything to keep games close.

You need actual working AI first before you make comeback AI, I'd think. I think the motion shift block just shows the blatant shitty collision detection, shitty animations, and shitty "physics" of the game more than anything.

But ya either way it blows. I just refuse to give em enough credit to program even comeback AI in the game

Im glad i never took a hit in the pocket book for this Ea half ass game. Its a good year of football in the NFL, and we get this shit? after what 6 years of the same arcadey engine? I really dont buy into the excuse they had to "update the engine to next gen" bullshit either. its the same canned ass movements. Just hope more ppl wake the fuck up.

The 2 minute offense is just a joke in Madden. If anyone can try to argue that, I dare you. There's no hurry up or anything like that (your QB just walks to the line) and this is an excellent example of how bad the 2 minute drill is for the CPU.
