As for translation, he and Afridi tell how this kid in the video was a cancer patient who was treated in this hospital they're sitting in (founded by Imran Khan, this hospital treats poor cancer patients for free, as it attempts to run on the charity donated by people). Thus these two in this ad go on to encourage people to donate charity for this noble cause as much ever as they can. :)
