It includes a “CLARIFICATION” that FEDERAL LAW PREEMPTS STATE AND LOCAL LAW and it will prohibit their enforcement activities. Ok, idiots. Watch the video. They do not state specific numbers. The only thing you see is an article clipping. The actual numbers are down. If you look at statics for total property crimes AND violent crimes the numbers have been going down for at least the last 4 years.
