Also, judging by the handtrucks and scratched up cab, I guess this serves as the passenger AND service elevator.

I always wondered what they had in here, and I dodnt have to think hard. But they should be embaressed by this thing, what they need is a nice Otis hydraulic elevator, dea41396returns actually got a new otis at a catering hall, much better!!
