@MagusJoseph Given that this is anime, probably not. :P However, there's a trick that dancers and figure-skaters use in real life. By focusing on a single point and keeping the head still as the spin begins, then rapidly turning the head and focusing on that point again, the liquid in the ear is given short spins instead of long, drawn out motions, keeping a person from getting dizzy. It takes a fair amount of practice though.

Well, there ARE tricks dancers and ice skaters use. Though Usagi's probably too clumsy for that. :P

I actually THINK enhanced agility and stability (not getting dizzy, being able to spin like that without stumbling or falling) are part of Sailor Moon's powers. It seems to me like, as SM, she can do gymnastics tricks she wouldn't be able to do as Usagi.
