The streetcar shown is NOT a Red Rocket! It is a CLRV (Canadian Light Rail Vehicle) built by UTDC. The Red Rockets were the post WW2 PCC cars.

The port union area of Scarborough (pickering border) is the area with the most potential in the city! With average family income around $105000 and university attainment levels above 32% it is both a very professional and very affluent area! There is no question that it is the Oakville of Toronto with close proximity to the lakefront, highways, and green parks. Only difference here is that prices here haven't maxed out yet.
