Some voice actors explain the reason why they don't have a lot of outtakes for animes. The reason is because they need approval from the Japanese in order to be able to use bloopers. In a panel Collen said that sometimes the Japanese see the idea of bloopers as kind of offensive because they feel like the actors aren't taking the role seriously. Cailtin (or Laura Bailey I can't remember) said that sometimes there just isn't enough time to put the blooper reels together before the release of dvds
