(Continued from last post) Well, NBC then went to Conon o" Brian and told him about it but he didn't want to be at 12:05. So NBC said take it or leave it and Conon left it. I like Conon, but if you ask me, I think he's being all pissy and acting just like David Letterman did when NBC gave Jay Leno The Tonight Show instead of him. So what did Dave do? I have to disagree with you about the talking babies, which is a commercial for E-Trade. I like them. I think there're cleaver and interesting. As far as the Jat Leno/Conon o' Brain thing, i'm so sick and tired of hearing about it. I don't think Jay did anything wrong. His primetime show was faling so NBC asked him if he world like his old time slot back, but the show would be reduced to a half hour with Conon's show being at 12:05 and jay said fine.

The reason for all the Doritos commercials was because they were made by fans in a contest, the top 3 were aired.

Personally I love The Who, and I thought their performance was pretty good, not nearly as good as their performances 35 years ago (when Keith and John were alive) but still, I don't think you should judge them on this one performance, they've had a quarter century of better times to think about, not to mention this was probably their last big performance

Oh I thought it was a fucking dumb move putting the Who on halftime....They are a great band don't get me wrong but they are passed their prime completely...It was just a "safe" move for the superbowl and I really think they are lil pussies for doing that...Yeah I think it was out of place for lance (a fitness role model) to do a beer commercial.

I liked the Talking baby one. Not for the novelty of the Talking baby, but Because of the joke. a commercial that offended me and my dad was the one where the law went green and is bagging people left and right for not recycling and using more electricity than they should and so on. At the end they pull this guy over but let him keep driving and it turns out it is a car commercial for an environment friendly car. I use that term loosely because the way they presented the car at the end was so incredibly stupid, we both were thinking "oh, brother" because we hate car ads.

I don't like the commercials but I have tivo so I don't really care. and sometimes commercials can be good. I mean, toalet breaks and snack breaks and stuff like that. But yea, there are too many commercial breaks. I mean they always have the same commercials like 5 times per hour and for a year or so. So I can see why it pisses people off.
