O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood, To every believer the promise of God; The vilest offender who truly believes, That moment from Jesus a pardon receives. Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord, Let the earth hear His voice, Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord, Let the people rejoice; O come to the Father, Through Jesus the Son, And give Him the glory, Great things He has done.

God created polio, science cured it. God created small-pox, science cured it. God created leprosy, science cured it. God created 2 million illnesses, virusses, parasites, science found cures for many. God created infertility, science created in-vitro, and an estimated 15 million lives. 100.000 innocent children died a horrible death, beneath the rubble of their houses in Haiti. The allmighty didn``t lift a finger to help. Glory to god !!!
@lizazoon you forget the power of God that to those who believe shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover the world shell be filled with death and sorrow but soon comes the day were all pain suffering and death will be sollowed up forever and forgotten no man will remember anything that man made but only the glory of God will be remebered heaven and earth shall pass away but my wods shall not pass away dont but faith in science becuse it holds no power but in God who does not grow weary
Yeah! Jerry Watts on bass! He can hold down a solid groove for worship music, or play explosive, inspired solos for jazz/fusion, and talk about tone! Such a versatile musician!
Where did you get this video? I've been trying to buy the video for this entire album since it came out in '07. Can you help. I attended the last night of the tour at Christian Assembly.
Burned alive, dead on the stake. The feeble souls are mine to take. Brimstone smell, with the stench of hell. The horror burns in their eyes. The weak little souls, there's no escape. Holy sheep are mine to take. Christian prayers fail once more. Their frail savior beaten to the ground. Drowned in a lake of fire. Burning the remains so you'll learn. Christ is dead, the two-faced liar. I'm burning his soul, in the flames. His broiling soul is just what you smell.
I can see the feeble creatures of heaven. Innocent and weak in their white garments. Sitting high above as faceless slaves. Their empty eyes, too blind to see. Terrorized and controlled with strings. Don't hide from me, open to your darker side. The die is cast, there is no turning back. Strike them down with hellish power. Warriors of the pit shall prevail. Their lives will end in despair and flames. No cross to protect their rotting souls. Prayers to ashes, angels to dust.
The weak infant is burning in his crib. I am watching his tender flesh burning away. The flames are blackening the body of fragility. Clouds of smoke have filled the manger. The child's screaming has finally stopped. The incinerated skin crumbling faintly to the ground. I stare at the corpse and now remove the skull. It is time to return to the depths of doom. As demons praise my return. I enter my crypt and place the trophy above my shrine. Behold! The son of god is now dead!
1. This is a great hymn by Fanny Crosby; the Christian church in the US has probably never had another praise-writer more prolific than Fanny. And, her life's story was quite inspiring. Finally, little doubt that this hymn was written with no other goal than to glorify God.
2. The people are indeed "rejoicing", as the lyrics urge. Because of the age of this text and tune, it's likely that no matter where these ppl were from, they were familiar w/it.
3. The band plays "skillfully" unto the LORD, and Tommy's leadership is also skillful.
Possible negatives: wasn't taped before Tommy's church (I might like to see it more if it were). Looks like it would've been a great place to be, but I'm not entirely sure that the gathering was meant solely as a worship service, 'tho I don't doubt that many of the people there had nothing else in mind to do at this time than worship. Still, viewer, don't think this is "church", necessarily. Maybe or not.
This video and recording were done at a Saddleback Worship Conference in Orange Co California. The audience and the choir are church musicians from all over the country. The entire evening was one great worship service. You can find the recording from Tommy's web site. The Album name is "Break Through."
Recorded live at saddleback church, entire breakthrough DVD is good.

But JESUS came to give you life and more abundant life! John 10:10
