masha'Allaah. I also read a fatawa from shaykh salih al-faawzan on this topic, he said that these issues should be referred back to the scholars to see if there is any greater benefit in boycotting goods. but now days people take ignorants as their leaders and dont give the scholars their rights.
Salam alaikum brother. People are not boycotting Jewish made goods and services because they are Jews. They are boycotting certain goods and services because the profits from these businesses go toward assisting the illegal state of Israel. For example, Starbucks openly acknowledge that they finance for the Israeli causes. I don't think that the prophet (pbuh) would be dealing with those Jews who were fighting Muslims. This topic is not as simple as you seem to perceive it to be.
