Your right on your post it note problems,, Funny thing I was told by my boss to install HI Cap Circuits ie, T1's and DS3 and was told to lable the IP address to the smart jacks LOL Now do you see a security issue????? right in the common MDF for anyone to see that has access rights.

I Install systems network and PBX, What do you say to a person that says did you bring me my dial tone,, I replied I left it in the truck,,, she said well I'll wait here while you get it,,, so I went to my truck and finished my coffee! LOL I came back and she said well what’s the number ?,, I said I'll know when I get to the MDF and look on the RJ21X. I can still see her confused face!!!!n LOL
