Yes my good man, I have been fathoming it from the git go. I started fathoming it since OJ Simpson was being falsely crucified. I have fathomed it since Scott Peterson was fraudulently tried and sentenced to death by the very people who were the ones who commited the murder in the first place. I had fathomed it long ago when I discovered that our gov was not set up as a democracy even to the point of railing agaisnt it in Federalst 10 yet we are told Democracy over and over anyway.
For someone so young I really respect the fact you seem to take interest in what is going on around you. Very good. I am glad you were inspired by my video. You actually found that quote and quoted it, Bravo. I applaud you. And believe me I have no fear in standing up. To know I inspired even just one person is a start and by reading the comments on my video there seem to be more getting it.
These desires are obviously used to control people and keep problems with authority at bay.
I've asked people about why they don't care about kids in Africa or the political situation in the Middle East and many times I get the answer, "it's not my problem."
It's because the people of the west and those that aspire to follow, only care for their selfish desires and they think the rich will grant those desires; not the poor that suffer due to their inadequate useless minds.
Today's people view free society as freedom in desire.
Desire is our root cause of suffering and the stupid that come to believe that they deserve whatever the people of this world creates and that they deserve to be rich while others suffer in poverty is the root cause. People's desires erode at everything moral and will continue to do so, till humanity is destroyed by these desires.

Murf, thanks for trying to get people to think. Its not just the last 8 years. Both the Democratic and Republican parties are corrupt and the only hope for the U.S. is a multiple party system, at least a strong vibraant independent. Im a former democrat voting for McCain, because I think Obama is not qualified and is lying to Americans about his phony tax break and health care plans.
Murf you are mighty naive! If you think torture and wire-tapping just began over the past 8 years, guess again! I think you meant to start by saying "my biggest fear is that people aren't opening their eyes and thinking like a liberal!" You chastised America for not speaking out, but then your entire video is slanted toward your liberal views of things. It would have been far more effective had you not lost an entire segment of your audience as they tune out to your liberal views as I did.
And you're calling ME naive? Can you please tell me any other time in American history where our government has been openly responsible for promoting torture, and for spying on its own citizenry, without any argument from "we, the people?"
I believe the only naive person here is you. This was not aimed as some "liberal view" video. This was a video aimed to EVERYONE. This crap is going on right now and began when Bush assumed office.
You didn't have to make a political endorsement per se it was blatantly obvious. No you didn't strike a thought to vote democrat b/c I am perfectly capable of wiping my own nose and I don't need my hand held to get through life. I do apologize if I came on too strong, but I would like you to do a little research before you make statements that are simply not true at all. When you read up on Operation CHAOS, Project Echelon, TIA for starters, if you're being honest you'll modify your video.
Wow, you are naive! Where to start hmmm. Well, with regard to spying on its own citizenry, go read up on Operation CHAOS. Then when you're done with that, go read up on Project Echelon, and then you can go read up on TIA (Total Information Awareness). Try those for starters and you will see while it may be easy for liberals to blame Bush for anything and everything, you're wrong on this one! With regard to torture, please tell me what war didn't produce torture. I don't agree with it BTW.
There are many things wrong with your argument. I'm not sure if you understand what my argument was. Most of those programs you speak of have been terminated...thankfully because of the uproar of American people. But, thanks to the current presidency, we cloak intrusion of privacy and our rights with terms like "national security" or, the biggie, "anti-terrorism." Our ability to stand up for principle and fight down these injustices is slowly deteriorating.
You clearly believe I'm some pompous fool who has nothing better to do than bitch about stuff that isn't real. You're wrong. Maybe I come off as a jackass most of the time, but I don't need you to question my amount of intelligence, when you clearly don't like to be told what's real. I imagine you're a man who likes "straight talk." I'm a straight talker. Ever heard of extraordinary rendition? Go look that up. Oh, and the surveillance thing still goes on today.
My point being, surveillance on the citizens of this country is CLEARLY wrong. I can see it's happened in the past and we've stopped it. But right now? The surveillance going on today? Why haven't we stopped that? Oh! That's right! Anti-terrorism. National security. Like I mentioned earlier. Our government is cloaking us with this belief of safety rather than to keep our principles that people have died for. You, sir, can't tell me I'm dishonest there. That's honesty in my opinion.
Whoa! You have hit on so many things that ARE NOT what I am saying. 1. No, I don't think you are some pompous fool. 2. YOU asked me to point out ANOTHER time in American history when the government spied on its citizenry... so I did! 3. My original point was that you are naive if you think that this is the "ONLY" time this spying has happened. 4. I never said I agreed with it or condoned it. 5. Yes, I have heard of extraordinary rendition... I am very familiar with it.
Okay...I apologize for my roughness then. These conversations get me excited. :]
My argument behind the surveillance thing was when the American people knowingly allowed this to happen. That's what is disgusting me. Do you agree with that?
Yes, I do agree with that. I am not surprised by the myriad of material that the American people allow to slip by, or that the public buys into. As a news anchor, I have seen it all, and I am never amazed anymore by what the public doesn't know and upon learning is seemingly okay with it. I sent you an email, so we don't have to kill your comment board with this back and forth lol.
both choices are New World Order, I'm not voting, besides I am in school in Canada , Your correct they should talk about the past 8 years, listen to Alex Jones Live Radio , I listen to him all the time , Take Care ; - )
ACLU LMAO... now there's the problem with this country in a nutshell! Ooops I hope I was PC with this response or I may get sued, but hey I didn't mention God so I should be okay right?
We continue to allow the social fabric of our society to be destroyed through propaganda. We Americans are too easily deceived. This next presidency will doom us all. Either candidate will destroy us. Read the Federalist Paper #27.
I understand what you are saying.Too many people are blind to the possibilty of 4 more years of the same misleading policies that got us in the mess we are now.My hope is that on Nov.4th American will make the right choice and elect Obama.(Please,Please,Please)
I did consider making a response, but; 1. I am not from the United States, though my friends and I do discuss your politics, 2. It would have taken forever to upload.
Loved the video. I have often been called unpatriotic for not agreeing with the pre-packaged crap our government feeds us. I understand. I'm not sure how as a society we don't revolt against the stripping of freedoms that Washington imposes and lies it spews today. Oh, and you are right, I can't vote this election I missed by a few months.
Is America apathetic or just too self-adsorbed? I think it is the latter not the former, we as a people have become stagnant. The question becomes how do you fix something that has become so broken, the something is the American government. The government is supposed to be, of the people for the people, yet we had a President elected who did not win the popular vote, someone please explain that to me. I believe earnest and intelligent discourse is the first step. Nice video Murf.
If you get a chance read a book by Michael Chrichton called The State of Fear. Its not the storyline. Its the factual idea of the State of fear that is discussed
I've actually heard of that one, and became very intrigued about it.
I'll keep my eyes out for it in the library, right now I'm reading some of David Sedaris's work. I need something to make myself laugh through all this crap. lol
Americans are either apathetic, in fear, or lazy dude. There will be no uproar because of new laws triggered by the Patriot Act. We have an organized criminal government, and the people stand by and let them continue. The best solution I have found is to FIRE ALL Elected Officials.
Yes my good man, I have been fathoming it from the git go. I started fathoming it since OJ Simpson was being falsely crucified. And did I even make a political endorsement in this video?
Did I strike your thought to possibly vote for the democrat? No. You brought that one up on your own. Not me.
So don't blame me for actually bringing out some realism to society. Don't deny what is true. This IS true. Not some pompous liberal balderdash.
If you'd like to argue, please, by all means send me a video response!
