PSP Repair: Not Reading Games / Discs / UMD

im really desperated cause my psp has got this unusual problems i smashed in the floor phew times cause of tekken and then it showed the downloading thing in the right corner but nothing happened in 5minutes could anybody tell even where to sent it to get fixed??

Hi! My laser works, but when i put my umd in psp, it shows umd button in psp menu. When I click on it, it shows psp intro and then screen goes black and umd starts making loud noise
