I think this is an accidental recording of ann recording lines of a song. You can also hear them putting tapes into a sampler.

this is is a wierd one, it kinda reminds me of the begining of thier song "a day at the races" from the nosence nonsence album, where you hear jj and ann talking to some guy off in the distance about making the album
