I paid the mom directly the full support amount each month, because I didn't pay the child support office they will not give me credit for those payments, even tho I wrote in the check memo "child support" and even showed them a copy. They want me to pay twice now for the same exact months. I already paid the mother, and California child support office wants me to pay them. They put a levy against my bank account, for what I already paid. Those sob's, so corrupt! I have the kids 49% of the time

Is like that saying, The Gov puts an innocent person in Jail or in Prison for a Crime that they NEVER had done nor DID, Just to see the OUTCOME of that Person?

Now we all know, Is NOT a good OUTCOME....etc

Unless a parent agrees to unequal custody or is unwilling to provide for a child, it's not "child support", but EXTORTION. Forced unequal custody orders against fit, willing parents are unconstitutional. The state cannot legally deny parental rights without a compelling state interest. Family courts do it for federal funds under Title IV-D based on the amount of "child-support" ordered, and VAWA funds promote destruction of families via bogus protective orders to get Dads out of the house.
