Just saying, I came to DC2008 as a Cassie. When SNSD was performing, I turned my lightstick on, some idiots just slapped my head and grabbed my lightstick and threw it away. About 2/10 Cassies did NOT know the whole Black Ocean was planned out for months before the concert started, we were like all confused and stuff, but lol Fangirls are crazy. They could do worse than all those RUMORS about Sones if you keep your lightstick shined. Cassies are out of control because they're too big XD
I hate it when people blame it on a certain fan group. Just because some of the ELF's behaved bad won't give you the right to say that "ELF's did this", "It's ELF's fault" because think about those innocent ELF's that didn't do a thing? And they get to hear: "ELF's ruined it all back then, it's all their fault". Do you guys think that SNSD and Super Junior wan't their fans to behave like this? To be like this to each other? I was there babes. Sones were bullied in 2008, we came to cheer for our idols without preparations, however, we did clear up things with the police. No rape, no knife, no ripping banners,.. But no one listens to us. So the next time Black Ocean happened in 2010, we took pictures, recorded videos, gathered envidences. You know what Korea did? They laughed at ELFs. They laughed so hard at ELFs. I just feel bad for innocent Shawols who got involved.

I dont believe any of that should have happened to Girls Generation because of sones. But honestly, I'm glad they tore down the "Only 13 banner" it may have been for the wrong reasons, but that banner was also wrong, I cant stand only 13er's do they not understand, that Idols are humans and have feelings too? They seem to forget that they are not the only ones who have feelings, or can get hurt.
What happened was that anti's ( mostly boy group fans) started to turn off glow sticks and boo ( as you can hear at the end of the video). To make matters worse sones were sat next to Elfs which started a terrible fight with ripping posters,profanity, and even knives. Even some people were rushed to the hospital ( mostly sones). Ever sense then we have endured hatred by Anti's. That is where the slogan " keep on fighting" comes from. Hope this clears any confusion :)

Just saying, I came to DC2008 as a Cassie. When SNSD was performing, I turned my lightstick on, some idiots just slapped my head and grabbed my lightstick and threw it away. About 2/10 Cassies did NOT know the whole Black Ocean was planned out for months before the concert started, we were like all confused and stuff, but lol Fangirls are crazy. They could do worse than all those RUMORS about Sones if you keep your lightstick shined. Cassies are out of control because they're too big XD

I hate it when people blame it on a certain fan group. Just because some of the ELF's behaved bad won't give you the right to say that "ELF's did this", "It's ELF's fault" because think about those innocent ELF's that didn't do a thing? I was there babes. Sones were bullied in 2008, we came to cheer for our idols without preparations, however, we did clear up things with the police. No rape, no knife, no ripping banners,.. But no one listens to us. So the next time Black Ocean happened in 2010, we took pictures, recorded videos, gathered envidences. You know what Korea did? They laughed at ELFs. They laughed so hard at ELFs. I just feel bad for innocent Shawols who got involved.

this black ocean was organized by elf (suju), cassies (dbsk) and triple s (ss501) as a punishment for sone's (snsd) bad behavior during the concert.

What happened was that anti's ( mostly boy group fans) started to turn off glow sticks and boo ( as you can hear at the end of the video). To make matters worse sones were sat next to Elfs which started a terrible fight with ripping posters,profanity, and even knives. Even some people were rushed to the hospital ( mostly sones). Ever sense then we have endured hatred by Anti's. That is where the slogan " keep on fighting" comes from. Hope this clears any confusion :)

They also booed at the end They say it was all planned at the concert before SNSD performed because SONEs ripped a banner. However, I think it's way to big of an event for it to have spread that quickly. It's more than logical that it was planned before. just my opinion though after research

@putryMable also, i think SONEs did behave poorly, which is why the bad SONEs need to control themselves. But nonetheless, the fans that booed SNSD off the stage proved disgusting, because the SONEs actions had no relevance to SNSD.
All in all, many of the SONEs, ELFs, Cassies, and Triple S fans gave other fans like them a bad name. I myself am all four as I buy their cd's and whatnot. It's disappointing...

Im an Elf but i listen to SNSD songs because i like some of their songs ... so i dont get why fandoms are all so rude to each others ... ELF, Cassios, Sones specially in korea ... because foreign fans are just happy for everybody ... we all know how everysingle group works soo hard, we know that they get almost none sleep specialy during promotions ... so i think fandoms should just respect others groups work, it doenst matter if you dont like the group, they work as hard as your favorite idol

I don't get it, why can't all k-pop fans just be happy that other people actually like k-pop? For the fans overseas, we'd never act like that, because we're just happy once we actually get a concert. I don't see what's so hard about fandoms getting along. There's no better band or worse band. They are all equal. I am an ELF. Just because SJ won many awards, doesn't make them better. I congratulate them full-heartily, but just because these awards are theirs doesn't make them better or worse than all the others that participated.. Everyone's opinion is different. Every Band is different.. Why can't we all just forget about arguing and just enjoy the music!?? Is it really that hard ??

People keep on missing the point, teaching sones or elfs a lesson is fine, but don't hurt the actual members cause I fail to understand how their stand on "teaching fan bases" a lesson has anything to do with treating snsd like that when they perform. Where I come from, it's a fully disrespectful and a form of bullying, cause that has phycholigiclal impact, especilly for the girls who were like 16/17/18 at the time... If you guys didn't know, Sone had some conflicts w/ ELFs. They still aren't that close enough. Both Sones and ELFs did things that was extremely rude to each other and such. However, Sone were "worse" than ELFs I suppose. Like I said, those rudes Sones must of done something than ELFs did. So please stop taking sides, blaming Cassies or ELFs, or cussing at each other.
