I LOVE this song! I'm trying to learn it too. It's great to hear it with an accordian, because I have a harmonium back in the states and was trying to imagine how it would sound with this.

What does the oidupaa style sound like?

Oh, wow. Oidupaa is my FAVORITE throat singer. My goal is to try to sound like him. (more or less)
If you look at my favorites, the one called "Крутой дед и мудаки в жури" is a video of Oidupaa singing at an American Idol-ish show. He's a little scratchier since he's older but later on in the song, he sounds just as good as when he was younger.
