@Blooperguy229 Flipnote is free but inchworm is 500 points or 5 dollars so you can get thm both for 5 dollars! You need a credit card or your parents credit card. Be sure to ask first and have your parents help!

Inchworm Animation can create cartoons, with every color, and it's a little bit more high tech. Plus, you can create stop-motion animation movies with the camera. But, you can't record audio on Inchworm, which really sucks. Also, you can't share you creations, unlike on Flipnote Studio. Flipnote Studio Price: Free. Inchworm Animation Price: 5 dollars. So, it's up to you.
