  • Nice little clip dude :)

  • Stylie

  • i like your style!

  • Nice work!!!!

  • ''Great video/channel you have there! Keep the good work coming. I've just launched a video sharing platform and it's free to use. Check out my channel to know more. Please subscribe to have exclusive news.''

  • Nice vid tgellie. I thought I should give some product advice here as well. I really disliked the NTN, it felt like they were wimpy, although I realize that they are stronger than any traditional binding. I'm using 22 Designs' Hammerhead and they are an amazing binding, I'd highly recommend them. I ski everything and they take a beating from me. I'm also using Scarpa T2xs, which are soft, but I love them and Icelantic Nomads

  • @jmbekker I love your setup. Nomads are my choice of ski as well as your boots and bindings. Super carvy , comfortable and strong

  • I want to say thank you for posting this. I've not been on my tele skiis for 8 years, and approaching my mid 40s. With the intent of getting back out there this year, I watched this and other postings. The music theme was perfect for this snap shot on tele skiis. It helped me get past any angst I was feeling. You're clearly having a blast! Gracias

  • ** any experiences with this myself

  • Great video! What's the name of the song in the background?

  • whats the difference between telemarketing and telemarking?

im new @ telemark and i wanna buy some bindings and shoes.. whats good and cheap? can you help me?

    telemark is so cool!

  • i suggest buying a pair of Scarpa boots. i prefer the T1. also if you buy NTN and not 75mm which i prefer, you should buy Scarpa Terminator X Pro. bindings you should by from Linken of Rottefella

the scarpa boots are fairly expensive and so is NTN bindings.

  • whats 75mm gear?

so i should buy some scarpaboots and a ntn binding? some old freestyleskiers a already have, is that ok or are there special skies for telemark?

(im sry but im new @ telemark : ) be patient)

  • NTN is the bindings used in this video. 75mm Bindings is the "Traditional" binding. I suggest if you are going to buy and get the REAL telemark experience i suggest you buy 75mm bindings from Rottefella. I know what im talking about since im from the place where we invented the telemark skiing.

  • ok.. so what is better for having fun? ntn or 75mm? cuz i read that ntn are fine to ski with.. i have no idia oO

  • i havent really tried NTN so im not entirely sure about what im talking about, but i guss if you were going to ride for fun i guess NTN would be the ones to start with cuz they are easier to turn with. BUT i say when you ride Telemark they it should look like Telemark, who cares about the performance when comparing NTN to 75mm. It is a bit more difficult to use 75mm than NTN when you get high speeds but i suggest buying the 75mm (also a bit cheaper, Rottefella or Linken)

  • ok thank you.. that was very helpfull!

i think illgeat a ntn and some shoes..

until now i tried to telemark with a "uphillbinding to make tours" (dont know how its name is) and normal skishoes : D and it worked pretty well.. im not shure how my technicque is.. i did everything by eye and trying by myself.. lol, but it worked also into the powder.. : )

    thx again..

  • No problem, i guess youve stood on a pair of crosscountry skis or maybe som heavy mountain skis. there is a major difference in telemarking on crosscountry skiing and using telemark skis. and just to finish off (as ive already said) i suggest you buy a pair of Scarap shoes and some Rottefella or Linken bindings

  • yeah i have some heavy mountain skis.. an old pair from K2 form seth morrison ; ) i think theyre called K2 seth vicious

  • @amokrider

you don't need special skis for telemark, but some skis work better than others. the apache series from k2 for example.

if you want a more flexible shoe you should go for scarpa boots with NTN, because the crispi boots tend to be more stiff and harder to flex. i ride with NTN and crispi evo thermo, and they work ok for me, but as i said, the scarpa boots are more flexible. i've heard rumors though, that scarpa boots more often crack in the flex section, but i haven't had any exper

  • Im really happy with NTN. I tried some 75mm gear the other day again and it doesnt even come close. There is a big difference in performance.

  • How Happy are you with the NTN system?

  • Nice work... love my tele gear, just don't try to sell me anything over the phone!!!

  • Song is 5 years time by Noah and the Whale. Google is your friend.

  • Does any one know what song this is????

  • Hey man nice Vid... just a suggestion from one tele-skier to another: on your rotations(3's 5's etc...) if you suck your knees in and grab safety, mute or whatever your rotations will be a lot more fluid, and look better...

  • got the same boots and bindings ;)

  • I'm think I'm too old to start jibbermark. I'm going to give it a go this Winter though cause it's how you get sweet vids like this.
