It is better to check the market price. You must also checkout some good information regarding the analysis on the business. It take some time to get in the link of business but you will get know that how to handle the business and run the business with a great deal.

this was quite helpful...i have problems with organization and it was nice to have a visual aid...i'm planning on opening a restaurant sometime in the summer of 2010, so a business plan is what i'm working on now.
