Ha, your spooky friends are better than my "watch dog" who snoozes as people approach my home... But if I had a row of boulders with tortured facial expressions, then I don't think strangers would ever come around - oh what a perfect idea! - I'll take ten, USPS standard shipping rate please.
I know you told me this before , i got a notice in my e-mail that too people added me as contacts ! What does that mean ? It didn't asked for acceptance or confirm , but there in there . In my inbox . Thanks don't mean to sound like an idiot . I'm still a rookie .lol
@bluesharp59 Google is changing a lot of stuff. If it doesn't ask for you to confirm, then I suppose you do have the option of checking out their channels and deciding if you want to add them to your list of contacts.
@bluesharp59 Thanks! It gets pretty hot here in the summer, but snow is not a problem in the winter! Depending on how you look at it, another perk is that no one in town has a lawn and so there's no mowing needed!
Nice millipede! You probably run across centipedes, scorpions, coral snakes and rattlers too. Not to mention an occasional black widow as seen in the "I Kill Spiders video." I'd rather sleep with millipedes. And always check your shoes.
@Mutleytech I have a video or two featuring rattlesnakes ("Snakey Snake" and maybe another... don't recall at this time...). I know nothing about coral snakes. Don't think we have them around here. Thanks for watching!
Cool tune & visuals. :) Also, you have millipedes on steroids compared to the ones up north! Yours look like the giant Madagascar ones ... but maybe not quite that huge. It's difficult to tell the scale in the vid.
@maintoc I'd say the millipede in the video was about three or four inches long, four and a half inches at most. There were quite a few out and about on the day of this hike.
@bowlingballout Thanks! Usually I have the tempo set at somewhere between 140 and 160 beats per minute, this one is set at 80 bpm! It's necessary to throw a change up every now and then just to do something a little different!
@GEEZERKLIPS It depends on what you mean by "wake up". I crawled under a couple house-sized boulders that were perched on smaller boulders on this hike. If there happened to be an earthquake and one woke up, so to speak, it might not be a good thing!

@kenrg As attested to by my inability to hold the camera steady while zooming in and out on distant boulders!
