Hey, I was wondering if you knew anything about neurofeedback and brainwave entrainment considering your background in neurosciences. Are there any sound and definitive studies out there regarding the efficacy of these things in improving cognition, mood, etc?

I am not a professional in this field, but this is relatively serious research. I need to know if EEG readouts are displayed in more than one way, simplistic, advanced, old school, whathaveyou.
