i think that our earth has had meny advanced civilsation's and our race is a lot older than we know and the evidence is all around us but gets mocked when its mentioned. A polar shift could easily sink evidence of the past to depths of the ocean.
I'm not sure if I believe this is real either way (Or whether it would be Atlantis or not), but intrigueing nonetheless....
I DO believe that continental north america HAD been found by eastern civilization/s previous to the Viking settlements in Newfoundland.
I also always wondered how it was that the Sumerians just kind of "popped into existence" with superior technology.... I believe there are other great civilizations that we are unaware of...
Haven't we been in our "present physical state of evolution" for 100,000 years? So it took us THAT long to figure out farming, the wheel, stone tools etc? And then all the sudden within the last 10,000 we REALLY start to figure things out? I don't buy it.... Animals can make tools...you can't tell me it took 90,000 years just to figure out a few basic advancements....
I kind of think Von Daniken may have been right (Maybe we got "helped along"), OR we "Lost" knowledge somewhere along the way.
Plato says that the people of Atlantis had wars with the Athenians. This is one reason why we cannot push the Atlantis history back to 9,000-10,000 B.C. No archeological evidence was found to prove the existence of any real civilization during that time, and without evidence, we cannot start assuming blindly these things
Studies show that about 15,000 BC, Mesopotamia was a dry land. About 12,000 years ago sea levels dropped and the Mesopotamian plain was very fertile. The setting was perfect for the pre-Sumerian civilization to develop. The climate was temperate, just as Plato described. Those ancient people were actually the ones that gave birth to Sumer, later on, and then, by splitting and mixing, to Akkad, Babylonia, and Assyria.
This is interesting. How many other under water cities you think we will find?

Forget speculation. I'm totally convinced that those blocky photos are in fact the great underwater morphing city of Atlantis.
There is no way those photos could have been edited as such technology does not exist.
I've been seeing the same things in PA in my hot tub.
