He is talking about how a lot of vaccines have a lot of toxins in them that get you sick. He is saying step back and think about it, and that the government is just out for money.

Swine flue vaccines will only put heavy metals into your body getting rid of the symptoms of the flew, but now your body have to fight off those toxins. Thus making people sick. Vaccines are a huge fallacy in the medical industry now only perpetuated by profit motive.
