@venuecam six sigma is a conjunction of statistical tools mixes with all the methodologies that you learn in the pass like...quality groups, improvemente groups, quality circles etc etc.....because 6s has a lot of politics and ways to justify the money that 6s "experts" waste on this kind of flavor of monts theories, but if u really wants to learn how to improve ur process or company go to the basics.....7 quality tools...(ishikawa) and take a course of design of experiments. doe. thats all

6 sigma is basically a rip-off of other problem solving systems but, 6-sigma is more expensive to the company and rarely gives real benefit.
