This isn't a G-Turn, this is a Rock Walk. A G-Turn is where you keep your balance on the front wheel and use the momentum you get from turning to keep rolling while doing a nose wheelie, eventually ending up in a full 360 turn (or 540 if you want to jazz it up a lil' bit).
