Okay. So I understand your basic concept but you need to expand beyond Tips. Tip videos are a safe haven for new bloggers/vloggers/whatever you wanna call yourselves. Stepping out of that comfort zone and expanding beyond tips is what will separate you and make you different. I suggest talking about some popular topics. Things happening that people actually would like to hear about, not just clicking on a local news web site and reading off some boring crap. Good start so far, keep at it.
