  • Jeez how old is this video? Look at the guy w/ the big ass cam corder

  • You guys should really head back to Arlington soon. There's a ton of other notable people there in addition to the Kennedys: President Taft, Medgar Evers, several Justices including Thurgood Marshall and William Rehnquist; Generals Marshall, Patton, and Pershing; Robert Lincoln (Abe's oldest son); actor Lee Marvin; and astronauts Gus Grissom, Roger Chaffee, and Pete Conrad

  • @toddsmitts There's only one you got wrong,Gen. Patton is not buried in Arlington He is buried in Europe.

  • @toddsmitts John Basilone too

  • I can't understand why they didn't bury JFK jr next to his parents

  • @vertstylus Uhhhh... probably because his parents were still alive at the time.

  • @toddsmitts So JFK and Jackie Kennedy were still alive at the time JFK......JR. died?! Rhetorical.

  • @vertstylus There could be many reasons that we the public just don't know about. Maybe he had something written about what to do if he were to die. His ashes were scattered at sea and I remember hearing he liked the water.

Also, and this is my opinion, scattering his ashes out at sea meant friends and family could have the service out on a boat many miles away from a prying media that's already been to most of their family services.

  • and thats AMERICA for you

  • @gthilly1

And what's that supposed to mean?

  • @UofLCardFan08 what could of bin this guy could of changed the world but guns rule america

  • hey dumbass we irish built and governed your america since the begining

  • silly americans im crying with laughter listening to them say aswald shot jfk most of the world know he was a patsy what is wong with ye ameicans is it mcdonals food lol

  • @cullinane8888 Please learn to spell before you attempt to throw a petty insult at Americans.

  • just take something from this video...they are gone..we are next and right after them..this place is looking for us same as they are in there...so beware...obey gods command..and pray for yourself ...Nobody knows when who die...

  • You people were highly disrespectful at the gravesite....shame on you all. No class havin' morons.

  • I thought it would be much more impressive and well-kept.

  • INSTEAD OF TALKING ABOUT LEE HARVEY OSWALT - HOW ABOUT A HAIL MARY FOR A GREAT PRESIDENT !

  • I was there back in 1977.

Arlington National Cemetery is a place of honor and history.

    Incredible place.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • Umm Hattie, Sen. Kennedy was just buried yesterday for heavens sakes. His large family members are probably going to be visiting a lot. I am sure death2ur will get there eventually.

  • Ted Kennedy's grave was open at 8 AM the morning following the funeral for anyone who wanted to visit.

  • I guess no one has gone to Ted Kennedy's new grave and filmed it yet.

  • Arlington but put those signs that say "Silence and Respect' for a reason. Obeying those small signs along the walkway to the tomb is a tall order for many I guess.

  • it's because Arlington Cemetery is the final resting place for Military members... and since JFK fought in WWII, it was right that he should be buried there

  • @ilovemikeyway22 Actually, having been commander-in-chief, any president, military service or not, is eligible for burial at Arlington.

  • There are idiots everywhere. Unfortunately, many view the graves as a tourist attraction and behave as if they are at an amusement park. When I was there everyone around was very respectful, thank God.

  • Don't know Americans don't have no kind of respect for anybody. Listen to that child here yelling "Mom" and some crazy white gal talking nail polish. No wonder Michael Jackson is buried where no one can see him. This is the President of the United States and white people get to a grave and lose there damn mind with no respect! TACKY!

  • @MaxMikeLatino

I'm sick of people generalizing. I am American and I have plenty of respect for the dead and would never act like this.

  • Thanks much for the info, it is appreciated. That would be very interesting to see.

  • Man, was that distasteful could light a cigarette off that the flame? Talking about LHO at his grave? Why not Marilyn? There is a big generation gap in America now.

  • The Kennedys = American Royalty

  • i have been there, its really nice, and its always crowded

  • This is awsome John F. Kennedy is my faverit president

  • You must be old! You also can't spell.

  • i was there...its just really sad...o and to the idiots who made this video there were signs that said silence and respect...you know what that means?!?!?!?!?!?!

  • I cannot believe the desrepect of these people. They are behaving as though they are at the zoo. You are standing by the gravesight of the greatest American president that will ever live!

  • I just notice that there r 2 little headstones. Who is buried there? Who's gravesite is that the 1 with the cross? Thanx 4 the footage! God bless!!

  • The little head stones are of his two children, Patrick( who was born a premie and didn't live very long) and Isabell(who was still born)

  • Her name wasn't Isabell, it was Jennifur with a 'U"

  • The gravesite with the cross is that of JFK's younger brother, Robert F. "Bobby" Kennedy. Bobby was shot by an assassin shortly after midnight on June 5, 1968 and died of his wounds the morning of June 6, 1968.

  • 0:10 is like the beggining of saving private ryan...

  • Not as sick and tired as we are of big-mouthed idiots.

  • Well, I think everyone is sick and tired of people...like you. If you don't like the Kennedy's, or anyone for that matter, then don't click on the link...thats your mistake!

  • If you are so sick of hearing about the Kennedy's why did you search for this video and watch it? You are stupid!

  • If you are sick of hearing about the Kennedy's why are you on this page?

  • wtf is onassis doing there...she remarried.....

  • She was still condsidered a First Lady, therefore buried with the President.

  • But she was a Kennedy, before she married that rich idiot, and his first and only wife. Onassis outlived her anyways, besides that, they belong buried together!

  • She outlived Onassis, why she did Iwill never know(she had lots of money from the Kennedy's

  • Just because the crowd does, doesn't mean you should, wait until you get out of the cemetery. I didn't just say so you prick, it is a revered place.

  • Hey, dildo, so I suppose that there should never be talking in a cemetery? I guess the preachers will have to mime the services and people will not be allowed to speak to their dead relatives. How the fuck do morons like you get dressed by yourselves in the morning?

  • Why were y'all talking?? Silent and respect

  • Why, because you say so? Arlington is a huge cemetery. Should we have used hand signals to communicate? Maybe flash cards? The whole crowd was talking. Should we have shushed them? Dolt.

  • My first visit to the gravesite was when I was about to turn 6 in December 1963. A month after the assassination & funeral. I lived outside of Washington DC at the time. I wanted to go pay my respects at the Rotunda but I couldn't because (1) my father was part of the funeral. (2) it just wasn't feasable to be in Washington at the time. We waited until a month later to actually pay our respects. This is not the original gravesite. This came later. After we moved away from Washington DC.

  • Great story. Thanks.

  • @WhiteIguana Were was the original grave site JFK?

  • @WhiteIguana Were was the original grave for JFK?

  • Yes, Robert Kennedy's grave is quite close to his brothers and is marked by the small white cross.

  • i couldnt make out the last kennedy grave. which one was that?

  • Sorry, the footage isn't in the best condition. That was Robert Kennedy's.

  • do you think ed kennedy will be buried in arlington next to his brothers?.

  • That's a good question. I don't think so. I think he realizes that he doesn't quite have the legendary status of his brothers. I think the public would prefer he didn't. But, in the end, they are his family.

  • when I went in 9th I didnt get to see Bobby's grave. I actually couldnt find it. I tripped over the eternal flame.

  • i absolutely love and honor john f kennedy. he's my hero. i really want to go over there to see him. great video:)

  • I went when I was in 9th. The baby that died is Patrick Bouvier. He died form Respitory Distress Syndrome, that's a breathing ailment I believe. and the other grave with Jack and Jackie is their daughter Arebella who was stillborn 14 months before Caroline was born. John Jr is elsewhere not to sure where. God bless the Kennedys

  • @Mary4579 Old comment, but John jr. was buried at sea along with his wife and her sister.

  • I saw those in 1995 in 8th grade, so moving.

  • I loved the video...it brought back memories. While watching the Bobby Kennedy part, I kept hoping you would turn around and show the waterfall wall with quotes on it. GREAT JOB though....just beautiful.

  • i would love to go on a tour with you anytime

  • We do get many requests to come with us. We are flattered. Maybe we'll run into you somewhere.

  • death2ur you are awesome

  • We thank you for your kind words.

  • been to washington last three years and always make a point of going to arlington to pay my respects how much better would this world have been if only

  • Wow. That is really sad. I think I would've started to cry or show some sign of obvious sadness if I ever visited the gravesites. Even me being 17, I an a BIG fan of the Kennedy's. I see and hear about what they did and tried to do but were cut down by two NUTS with guns. How sad. Thanks for the video. It was really nice.

  • I have always wanted to go there. You have some pretty clear shots of the graves nice job.

    Emily

  • I have never had the chance of seeing that gravesite, but I am an admirer of JFK. Thank you for posting this.

  • That is so sweet. I feel like crying. Nice job.

  • Thanks, we appreciate the comment.
