As a native of Montgomery,Alabama and a fellow civil rights activist at Booker T Washington high school, my gracious thanks for the tribute. He, Rev. Abernathy,Carl Lewis and many others, Mr. Ed Nixon were great,loving mentors. Little did we know how far we would go when we started marching. Many blessings to you for your honorable respect for an elder Southern Black Man.
