well, when we hear the accent of the male voice, it is unlikely that a marathi singer will get all the accents right in hindi. so the singer is more likely rafi than sudhir phadke. both great singers are not with us to tell us who sang that song, but can anyone approach lata mangeshkar to clarify/ will she remember this song?

it is indeed Sudhir Phadke, very young (in his career) and crisp.. As far as the accents go, Lata herself is Marathi; so that's not a metric of judgement. If you are used to hearing Sudhir Phadke's early Marathi songs, you will definitely figure his voice in this song..
