Guys, the message is a reference to the Monty Python movie, "LIfe of Brian". There's a scene where Brian is writing on a wall ROMANES EUNT DOMUS and he is caught by a roman guard and gives him a lesson on latin because he wrote it wrong. And after the lesson, he is forced to write ROMANE ETE DOMUM 100 times before sunrise or else his balls were going to be cut off. The people who think it's some clue to aliens or reference to the burned man thing are surely retarded.

@Kikeesperto it is strange indeed , but i also saw something strange , outisde of jacobs town (mountains ) its a road that leads out of new vegas , if you walk until the end of the road you will see a crater and some cars ,on some of the cars it says "The Burned man walks!" or "Joshua Grahams lives."
