obviously nick at nite couldnt only show the brady bunch forever, but i mean there were enough shows from the 60s, 70s and early 80s to show on nick at nite for a longer period of time.
Of course i dont mind when they had fresh prince....
@CelticVictory I don't mean it that way, I agree that these quality classic shows should still be on the air somewhere. I just don't think all the new shows are that bad.
I noticed that N@N has 2 shows about people with funny voices: Nanny and Family Matters. And 2 shows about men being abandoned by their fathers as infants: Fresh Prince and George Lopez. 2shows about innapropriate blue collar people living with a wealthy upper class family: Fresh Prince and Nanny.
PLEASE can someone help me with the commericla that was on Nick at Nite I believe - it was a song that went "Though we've gotta say goodbye, for the summer" and had a harmonica or whisteling for the rest of the commerical, and it went over shots of a kitchen (I think it was a KFC commerical or something to that effect). Any help would be appreciated!
The problem is this has not only happened to Nick at Nite but several other channels as well. I remember thru the 90s I used to watch the promos and commercials. Now I just change the stations.
Beginning in 1999, more "TV Hits" graphics began to be used by Nick at Nite, in which it went along with their graphics from 1999 as well. One example of those jingles would sound like this-"For the shows you know("And love!"), you know the place to go("And watch!"), Nick at Nite-The Place for TV Hits!".

I still think Nick at Nite is good today, even if the shows aren't ''classic''. Times change, and we can't pretend it's 1998 forever.

@RCTelevision134 Your suggesting we pretend that quality never existed?

@RCTelevision134 I know but those shows could be on other networks other than Nick @ Nite, it's not like other networks don't want recent shows.

I really liked "Block party Summer" 6 hours of Lucy, Three's Company or Gilligan...yeah. Those were good times.
