its probably not an open diff to be fair, its probably a older style quaife LSD (which gives up if one wheel is off the ground). Their new design solves the issue, but a clutch type or viscous type is generally preferred for rally events.

This is not "rally" anymore, with music playing in the background. In the good old "rally days", the people wouldnt luagh like that.. The driver made a mistake and probably didnt see the ditch

I think its only a one way diff.. Hence the double tyre marks when he got going again.

@needcollegeloan because for e46 the were no LSD options unless its M/// 3, and diff from it costs minimum 1000$ :)

maybe there was LSD diff, but in that case LSD wasnt powerfull enough to spin 2 wheels. LSD mostly blocks 30%.
