There is no wrong way of saying the name. The ORIGINAL name that was released with the game in JAPAN was Aerith.

They just changed it to Aeris for the english release. So if you wanna be technical, he is right.

Thank you very much! The little story was somewhat intentional. As i began the timeline I began to notice how the video and music was begining to make somewhat of a story. After some reworking i put a little story into it. "For Absent Friends", the song and the phrase, both seem like the driving idea behind Cloud and Company's fight. So thank you for noticing!
