FOOD&WATER BELONG TO TH E PEOPLE,not greedy capitalists/feds/govt.Too much propaganda & no accountability! Everything from the internet(net neutrality, Verizon&Google) to the air we breath (PG&E, Bill Gates-Geoengineering/weather modification/cloud seeding the planet)is under threat! Maybe a water catchment system?Reverse the Patriot Act,push for accountability &clean the white house!
I live in the San Joaquin Valley and know about these dry farms too, very sad, we are going to become just like Kansas, OK and the other Plain States...all over again...
