@TheConor136 well obviously you dont much about the two stroke cycle that motor he has on there is roughly 1 - 2 hp with the adition of an aftermarket expansion chamber it is no longer restricted it has increased power because of the 2 stroke engine rely's on vibrations in the chamber (and gasses) to reach its potential powerband this would furthermore boost the power of this engine to at least 4 hp

How did you make the expansion chamber

@FiTz11234 I cut a huge section from the middle of a Honda Cr 250 FMF pipe and removed it..... I welded it back together (as a smaller pipe) and added a flange.. Took about 2 hours time.

@idrivesafe dude i have to know this quick i have a newer ktm stock pipe of a 250 and i have n use for it as i got a new yz250 and so i have a 31cc motor i thouht about doing this ith t how did you weld the pipe dd you mig tig or arc i arc weld will it work i was going to make one that is smaller and is strait and use a yz125 stinger i have and just go with that but if i can use the ktm i would and it will look wayyyyyyyyy nicer thanks man
