I think some of other type were called, Cheena, Jaaldaar, Dwaaz, Shaah Dwaaz, Padchheedaar,Laakha, Shah Cheena,Mom Nokka, Shaakhkha to name a few. Waah Woh Bhi Kya Din The. Thanks for the video. Good Luck.

I still remember some of the names of well known Kabootarbaazes in Jalandhar such as Bhoondi from Shivraaj Gharh, Roshan Gappi a Halwaayi near Adda Hoshiarpur Railaway Phaatak, Roshan Cobbler also in the same vicinity, Sohan Lal from Chhatti Gali near Mai Heeran Gate, Khan Badshah & Kasturi Laal near Bhagat Singh chowk. Hari from Mohalla Quilla, Chhajju Mai Heeran Gate, Sardari Pehalwaan in Laal Bazar etc. etc..

Great Video. Reminds me of my childhood days (1960-1975) of Kabootar-baazi in my neighbourhood by Bhappa Guddi Frosh at Khingran Gate Jalandhar Punjab India. We used to call this type of pigeons "Jeera" type. They used to have bets (shart) with each others.
