what people dont realize is that they were without tv, internet, anything. The didnt have to go to work, go shopping, the WHOLE time they were at the ranch, they were there to lose weight.

They went into the real world and they dont have the time to exercise as much as they did before, but theyre still exercising. Yeah, theyre not as skinny as when they won but whats important is that their healthy and they changed their lives.

OMG!!..I know I'm too late to know this but..the biggest loser season that their in had just ended here in my country..I don't know.. maybe they just rewinded it..but at first I thought that Suzy likes seth..then I found out that Seth is already married..then I thought of Matt to be Suzy's bf..and it truly came true..hehe..and their married!!..haha..

Matt looked horriable before the biggest loser and now he looks great even if he gained a some weight back he still looks great. You dont know how hard is it to keep weight off until you get there not all bodies are the same

Um...actually...I do know what it's like to loose a lot of weight and I know what a challenge it is to keep it off. I have lost 50 lbs the normal way and have kept it off - it's more about a mindset than a body type. If you are losing weight the RIGHT way for the RIGHT reasons (and not because you hate your body, have low self-esteem, etc.) and CAN and WILL keep it off. It's really not all that difficult - just takes dedication.

It's so hard to lose the weight and keep it off. I admire Matt alot for losing it in the first place. He probably felt like he was being a slave to his body and wanted to take it easy for awhile. He should just sit back and enjoy the ride. If he can lose all that weight once, then he can do it again.
