Not bad but you still had the same gun down in the bottom right corner, and you had an AK-47and an M16 anyway, not that, also the dying affect was pretty lame with the fake-looking explosion and the not-so-original scream. All in all not a bad video just giving some helpful pointers.

It would look more FPS-like if your left hand was in the front and your right hand was at the back of the gun, in that way the gun will come of the right down corner (just like in everyother fps game) still great work :)

@cwstout7 I took a screen shot from Google earth, cropped it to size (slightly larger than the map square to avoid blank corners).. Then I keyframed it. moving it slightly and rotating it frame by frame. Then added a second layer of the main video which i masked out the square shape and placed the map behind that layer to hide the rotating map behind that so it looks fixed/ then added triangle +dots. Took a while to figure out. Message me if you want better step by step instructions dude +Sub :)

@Insanenessful I use Adobe After effects (but can be done on most editing software). Make a second layer of the footage and at the point of the gun shot I use the brush tool to draw (mask) around the object. Once it is done it will only show the layer you have drawn around.. then add a muzzle flash between your first and second layer. take the second layer down to the one frame that the muzzle flash is and bam. Type masking into youtube in whatever program you use and there will be good tutorias

Hi. I would suggest you to add some ambience to the clip, or else it can seem very quiet sometimes. Nice video though, gonna make something like this ourselves! :)

@olfan92 My friend made the image for the gun and he's a bit slow :s.

& He only made me one image so i could not change it when swapping weapons either which sucked.

The AK is a £4 plastic toy from toys r us as that is all i had at the time, lol

but the image is an Sa-80 I believe? Im not to "into" guns i just like Vfx... Will get the next one write :)

Im loving all the special effects! They are great! The only issue i have is that the explosion at the end, FAAAARR too cheesy! Also the gun image in the bottom right hand corner never changes, even after picking up a new gun + The image in the corner is a completely different gun to the one your holding! :L

But overall, i liked the SFX, could have been a bit fasted and more tense, but overall good! Nice job! :D

Im making some better graphics (gun images, ammo count & killcam ect)

The next one will hopefully be much faster, have better graphics, better SFX & better animation (as that was also a first for me wich is why the map is so bad :)
