My dad just bought the japan model...i dont care which is better...but still...both of them is a Type R...oh well I still love messing with the stupid "TypeDoubleR"..he think FN2 is the REEEEAL TYPE R....
Actually if it is the japanese version then it is totally different not the same car if thats the one you are talking about, then its faster due to the fact that japs thinks western people are more keen on comfort than performance so they left the hardcore type-r for them selfs.
Now why do you say that? I have never had any issues with the car. Neither has my buddy. Nor anyone else in the Honda club. Honda is world known for the quality of their vehicles.
The JD Power Magazine has rated the Honda Civic as the number one car out of more than 30-manufactures (BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc)
So if you had bad luck with one, or know someone who has, I seriously suggest you get to the Honda Dealer where the car was bought from and sort it out, cause you seriously bought a "dud".

why did you guys get the same color.?. thats not good.. when you guys drive together in a group, its gonna look less unique.. one of you guy should of gotten silver, black, white or blue.
Hey Libertyhero, I wish we had the luxury of choosing out of all those colors, but unfortunately we only have black & red to choose from in South Africa. Neither of us like black, so the only other option we had was red. If I could have it my way, I would have chosen white. :)

Well, they only have two colors available for us to choose from. Black & Red. And neither of us wanted black. So we only had Red as our option.
