This is awesome! I gotta get my hands on this single. Sounds like Joy Division percussion with Siouxie and the Banshees guitar and Thom's voice, which is apparently a GREAT COMBO.

My point is that I genuinely liked this version of the song but it was just distressing for me to read all this shit people were saying about it. Their mindset is that just because this version sounds different than the one they're used to automatically makes it inferior and intolerable.
