To play the game after you have modded the save all you do is put the USB back into your console. Put the disk in your console and load it through the games menu as you would with any other save.

People keep messaging me saying they have put the USB back into the console and gotten to it through the dashboard but don't know how to play it, what the fuck is wrong with you?

@thebig2tacoz yes it will track the mod when you play the game through the usb flash drive. then go to extras if your game has that. something should pop up saying if you want the mod on or not.  hope that helped :)
