The Frio or Perdanales Falls is just about as nice with much fewer drunks and police.

Just a little historical fact.The Guadalupe River is the only river in North America whos river bed is entierly lined with beer cans.Have another one you drunk bitch

@flyfish1995 Actually we have Work On River Day (word) every year, we turn the river off at the dam and volunteers walk the river and clean every bit of trash in sight, good people in these parts.

The rope is fine, the water level is fine, the ground is fine, the problem was her not thinking.

Take a look around before you use those swings, the water level changes and lots of other factors, pay attention people and you will safe yourself trips to the hospital....

the land is not low enough, or the rope is not high enough. this has probably happened multiple times.

it really looks like they need to lower the ground so that there is a 6 foot clearance from the rope or have a platform at the top and raise the rope by 2-3 feet.

i just floated the guadalupe ..actually spoke to five cops while drinking while holding on to 5 coolers tied to 10 people and all they asked was if we had glass..no issues at all Ive heard they have cracked down on the comal pretty bad though
